What Are the 4 DISC Personality Types?

It is rare to have a person with one major DISC personality type. Mostly, people have a combination of all four personality types in which one personality trait outweighs the other. How Does the Test Work?

Disc Assessment is based on the DISC model. Practically, all tools are not similar. However, the process to test your traits is convenient. You simply have to answer the questionnaire which asks your responses on different statements and you have to fill in answers that match you the best. The generated report will yield the percentages of the characteristics you possess and the dominant trait of your personality. There are in total 12 different DISC personality types. However, the rarest DISC profile is the D style, making up only 9% of the global population.
