In 1928, William Moulton Marston published a book, ‘Emotions of Normal People’ that explained the DISC profile model as the basis for DISC, a behavioral assessment tool. As a result, he believes that human personality is a mixture of four distinct characteristics whose proportion dominates the personality profile of a person.

Those who adhere to the fourth style are considered perfectionists. They follow a systematic approach to avoid errors, which leads to accuracy. Verbal instructions are not ingrained in their brains. Through an activity that involves the team members following verbal directions without looking at written instructions, such weaknesses in their personalities can be trained. 

Exercises such as these will show results faster if they are performed frequently. It is not sufficient to be familiar with DISC profile styles to achieve the best results. Taking part in these activities can contribute immensely to the growth of an individual or a group
