Introverted Thinking: The inferior function which ESFJ needs to work on is introverted thinking. They do not prefer rapid change and want to keep the process organized. Usually, they stick to the complex information they take in rather than spontaneous solutions or abstract ideas.

These selfless beings have strong core values and ask others to follow the same. Though, they are good with people and support them. They do not resist commenting if anything unfair is happening around them. They are very vocal about their ideas and remain stuck to them.
